NoMI Kitchen is offering you a chance to win an exclusive opportunity to experience Masters of Food and Wine, Butchering Series: Wagyu Beef: a demonstration and tasting experience located at NoMI featuring a tender Wagyu that has been dry-aging for 120-days!
This two-part demo and tasting event will begin with Executive Chef Ryan LaRoche covering the what, where, why and how’s of Wagyu beef, while you sip on our finest red wines. Guests will then enjoy a three-course meal in the Garden, which will showcase the 120 day dry-aged Wagyu at its best.
