Easter Brunch at NoMI Kitchen

CHIPH_P225_Macaroons_64671_med

Celebrate the Easter holiday with the people you love while also appeasing your palate with high-quality flavors and ingredient-driven dishes at NoMI. When gathering together for the holidays, it is only natural to take time to indulge, and Executive Chef Ryan LaRoche’s Easter menu will allow guests to do just that. The specially selected holiday menu will offer the opportunity to sample from five lavish chef stations—from the ocean, cold table, stove, cave and finally, a dessert table—in addition to a sumptuous selection of a la carte offerings.

Easter is not only about the cuisine on your plate, but more importantly about the company at your table, which is why NoMI has organized an array of holiday-inspired activities for both the young, and the young at heart. In true Easter tradition, a quest for the “lucky egg” will allow each child to select an egg rested on a bed of wheatgrass appearing like a mini garden, to reveal a hidden treat inside. All prizes are sure to be rewarding, with each egg containing sweet treats created by NoMI Kitchen’s Executive Pastry Chef Meg Galus. However, two lucky gatherers will find that their eggs will reveal an especially suite surprise—the Family Celebration Suite Package. This includes a night’s stay in a premier suite with adjoining room for children, family-friendly arrival amenities, an exclusive behind the scenes visit with Chef Galus to concoct a tasty make-your-own milkshake and four tickets to the Chicago Children’s Museum at Navy Pier!

The sugar rush will not end with a hunt for the lucky egg. Chef Galus knows that the only creation that beats an egg filled with sweets is an egg that is constructed entirely of sweets! It is especially important that all guests save a little room after their meal, as Chef will be serving up a delicate chocolate egg that opens to a filling of soft serve ice cream. Let imaginations run wild as a toppings bar will allow all to create personalized dessert art by dressing up your ice cream with a variety of fun and tasty toppings!

For reservations, please call +1 312 239 4030. Easter at NoMI Kitchen will be on Sunday, April 20, from 10am-5pm, and pricing is at $125 per person. Exclusive, custom dining experiences are available for parties of twelve and above.
