Grape

Join us at NoMI on Saturday, April 26 for our next installment of Masters of Food and Wine, which will focus on Sauvignon Blanc. Sommelier Chad Ellegood states, “I find a beauty in experiencing this single grape variety’s subtle changes, from lemon curd to lemon verbena, or fresh cut grass to tomato leaf, based from the place on Earth that it is grown and the different hands that craft it.” Join us in exploring these varieties for yourself as you engage in a unique sensory culinary experience. The menu for the evening follows below:

  • Quail egg, almond Cream
