Ironic as it may sound, the Chef, who spends all his time creating masterful dishes for our tasting pleasure, can barely find time for himself to eat. Indeed, when Executive Chef Ryan LaRoche, Chef de Cuisine Sean Pharr, Sous-Chef Jody Voshell and Pastry Chef Meg Galus arrive at NoMI every morning, they must find a quick, easy way to re-energize in preparation for a long day in the kitchen. Luckily for us, our Chefs have decided to share their secret: NoMI Juice. Easy to make with any fruits and vegetables which are at their disposal, perfect for guests who are on-the-go, and most importantly, healthy and nutrient-filled, NoMI Juice is an excellent way to start your day.
Served every day during breakfast hours, NoMI Juice will highlight three different combinations of juices containing the freshest ingredients. Breakfast hours are from 6:30am-10:30 am Mondays through Fridays, and from 7am-1030 am on Saturdays and Sundays.
– The Featurefocuses on our cherished seasonal ingredient. Florida Pineapple Orange is a fruit that arrives to NoMI from an audacious distributor. Rather than bringing in oranges from overgrown, over-processed farms, they are hand-selected from the front porch of Floridian homes, for the most organic product.
– The Sparklingis a solely fruit-based juice. When NoMI Chefs were blending juices for breakfast, they realized how much the flavor and texture were enhanced when these liquids were carbonated.
– The Blendis here to take the standard orange juice drink to the next level with an iconic combination of fruits as well as vegetables for a nutrient-rich medley.
NoMI Juices are fresh-squeezed daily and contain no water or added sugar. The only concentrate is the thought behind it.
Spring is just around the corner, and with the new season there are exciting announcements for NoMI Kitchen! Beginning this season, enjoy an intimate dinner tasting at NoMI by making a reservation for our Chef’s Corner.
With an exclusive reservation, you will be introduced to the creative process utilized by Executive Chef Ryan LaRoche, and given insight into how his artfully crafted dishes come to life in the heart of NoMI Kitchen.
First, enjoy a guided tour of NoMI Kitchen, where you will become immersed in the delightful open kitchen concept that allows for a personalized and special dining experience. You will also be whisked through our kitchen, to see how our chefs meticulously prepare NoMI’s modern cuisine.
Next, enjoy the customized menu that Chef LaRoche will create for your party, utilizing seasonal, quality ingredients to establish the essence of NoMI for your unique dining experience. Allow yourself to delight in the specially-prepared, off-menu dishes during the tasting. Chef LaRoche will introduce each course, whose culinary flair will prove just as enchanting as the upcoming season.
The Chef’s Corner at NoMI Kitchen is $150 per person for five courses, with wine pairings specially selected by our Sommelier. Reservations for this exclusive dining experience are available on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with recommended seating at 7pm.

The third episode of Season Three of the Emmy-award-winning Chicago Restaurant Pastry Competition is now live!
