The second episode of Season Three of the Emmy-award-winning Chicago Restaurant Pastry Competition is now live! Episode two, “Mystery Casting Challenge” premiered last night at midnight. Pastry Chef Meg Galus and three other top pastry chefs challenge consisted of designing a dessert in a four-inch sphere mold with 90% of the dessert consisting only of a single cast, and 10% supporting ingredients based on the plate.
Watch the video to see Chef Meg create an incredible chocolate dessert alongside other chefs and find out what the celebrity judges (Pastry Chef Antonio Bachour, Chef Curtis Duffy, Will Goldfarb) have to say about each dessert.
