Everyone has their favorite side dishes for Thanksgiving. We can even go as far to say that everyone has a favorite potato dish: mashed potatoes, mashed with some clumps, mashed with a lot of clumps, skins-on mashed potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, and the list continues! The 2011 Jean Banchet Awards will be presented at the Grand Chefs Gala on January 27th at The Fairmont Chicago. Winners of the awards are selected by all nominated and participating chefs at the Chefs Social, which takes place in mid- January. We hoping for the best and will keep you updated with the results!
